Red Terror

The Red Terror -- I've done quite a few red characters recently but this one is red for ideological reasons. He's the leader of the Red Bastards, a group of commie sky pirates who believe themselves to be modern day Robin Hoods. They're actually funded by Stalinist Russians looking to undermine the US economy. Their ranks include Agent Krimson and Devana, who later go on to be members of the Communist Collective Champions of the People.
