The Albino Sigor Scaravangen

I don't think anyone has ever cast an albino as the good guy and I'm not going to break with tradition. This guy is the top of the food chain in the Keres Kabal, a group of nasty mofos that killed the Phantom Avenger just to see if they could. Scaravengen's got some kind of military background and he's highly intelligent, but he's got the kind of smart that stops at cunning and never gets him to the big leagues. He's got an almost double short man syndrome because of it so he lords his intellect over his minions whenever possible. He likes to seem unconcerned and even blasé about violence, so he's the one that puts a few rounds from a shotgun into the Phantom Avenger's stomach just to see if his body armor will hold up.
