Yo deviants and b-ballers!
I've been kind of off the grid the last few months -- spent some time in Lithuania doing a thing, was supposed to do another thing in Germany but that fell through, then I went to Germany for another thing, went a few other places and started working on another thing for myself and then finally got home and had a bad-ass project drop in my lap.
My man Dennis Deprisco at Root Sports recommended me for a quick turnaround on some illos. Turns out they needed the illos for the intro to The Dwight Howard Show!
I put about 80 hours into these four illos over the course of the week and had a ton of fun doing it. The crew at Root Sports were wonderful to work for. I've never had so much fun on a freelance project and I'm truly grateful for that. Freelancing isn't easy and most clients have no idea what they want or how to work with creatives, but those folks at Root Sports were a dream come true. I cannot say enough good things about them.
Also, big respect and much love to my homeboy Dennis Deprisco who recommended me for the gig. Dennis is an amazingly talented guy and a helluva friend for pimpin' my stuff for the project. None of this would have happened for me without him!
